To register for an online account simply fill out the form below.

If you have already registered but you have forgotten your login details you can reset your password here or get a reminder for your user ID here

To register you will need:

1.	The first 8 digits of your customer number. This can be found on your bill.
2.	For security purposes we will need your surname or company name and post code associated with this account as it appears on your bill.
3.	A valid email address. This is the email we will use to communicate with you from now on. Any previously stored email addresses will be removed.

As a MyAccount customer, paperless billing comes as standard. This means that you will receive an email as soon as a new bill is available to view online. However, should you wish to continue to receive paper bills in the post, that's no problem at all, simply tick this box.
